Cloud, Infrastructure & DevOps

Cloud platforms that are secure, observable and cost-efficient by design

We architect, migrate and operate infrastructure on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud: delivered as code, monitored end to end and tuned for the AI workloads now driving cloud demand.

Capabilities

  • Cloud strategy and architecture

What it deliversLanding zones, account and network design, identity foundations and well-architected reviews

  • Migration and modernization

What it deliversAssessment and wave planning; rehost, replatform and refactor; data center exit with minimal downtime

  • Kubernetes and platform engineering

What it deliversEKS, AKS and GKE platforms with golden paths that give developers self-service without losing control

  • Infrastructure as code

What it deliversTerraform and CloudFormation modules, policy as code and drift detection for reproducible environments

  • CI/CD and DevOps

What it deliversGitHub Actions and Jenkins pipelines with automated testing, security scanning and progressive delivery

  • Observability and SRE

What it deliversPrometheus, Grafana and Thanos for long-term metrics; SLOs, error budgets, alerting and incident response

  • Cloud security and compliance

What it deliversIdentity, secrets, encryption, vulnerability management and posture monitoring, mapped to the controls your auditors use

  • FinOps and cost optimization

What it deliversTagging and allocation, rightsizing, commitment planning and unit-cost reporting, including GPU and AI services

  • AI infrastructure

What it deliversGPU capacity planning, model serving, vector databases and data platforms built for AI workloads

Why now

AI has turned cloud cost into an architecture decision

In the FinOps Foundation's 2026 survey of 1,192 practitioners, 98% now manage AI spend, up from 31% two years earlier, and many are asked to fund AI from efficiency gains elsewhere (FinOps Foundation via the Linux Foundation, February 2026 (opens in a new tab)). Practitioners ranked pre-deployment architecture guidance among the capabilities they most want. That is where we start: cost is a design input, not a monthly surprise.

Principles

  1. 1

Everything as code: infrastructure, policy and pipelines are versioned, reviewed and reproducible.

  2. 2

Secure by default: least privilege, encryption and audit logging are the starting point, not add-ons.

  3. 3

Observable by default: every service ships with metrics, logs, traces and alerts tied to service objectives.

  4. 4

Cost is an architecture decision: unit costs are estimated at design time and tracked in production.

  5. 5

Shipping is routine: automated, observable and reversible releases, so a bad deploy is a five-minute fix, not a fire drill.

Platforms

Multi-cloud depth, no platform bias

AWS · Microsoft Azure · Google Cloud · Cloudflare. We design for portability with infrastructure as code and open standards, so your platform can follow your strategy rather than lock it in.

FAQs

Can you work in our existing accounts and tooling?

Yes. We adopt your accounts, pipelines and standards, and improve them incrementally.

Do you support hybrid and on-premises environments?

Yes, including Kubernetes on-premises, hybrid networking and phased data center exits.

How do you migrate without downtime?

Wave planning, parallel running, data replication and rehearsed cutovers with a tested rollback for every wave.

Can you reduce our cloud bill?

Usually, through rightsizing, scheduling, storage lifecycle policies, commitment planning and architecture changes. We start with a cost review so savings are measured, not promised.

Know where your cloud stands

A cloud architecture review benchmarks your security, reliability and cost posture and gives you a prioritized roadmap.
